Q. What if an item is out of stock? 
We respect your freedom of choice and for that very reason we stock the ENTIRE product line of NothinZ™. Occasionally a product is discontinued and stock must be sold on a first come first serve basis. In the event we are unable to fulfill your request we will e-mail you on the day of your order and perhaps notify you of a similar item in stock or allow you to cancel the order.

Q. How will I know that my order has been received and is being processed? 
You'll receive an order acknowledgment by e-mail once it's received. This email will contain your unique customer ID number just in case you need to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have pertaining to your order.
