Worn merchandise that appears defective may be returned within 90 days of receipt for a replacement product. Once we have received said merchandise, our experts will examine the product(s) to determine whether or not a manufacturer's defect does exist. Replacement merchandise will be shipped at no cost to the customer. Reasons why defective merchandise guarantee may be voided include, but are not restricted to, the following: products used for activities they were not designed for, products used in conditions not recommended by manufacturer, excessive use, or product mistreatment.
